Born and raised in South Ga, Tammy is a mother of two, has three grandchildren, and currently lives in Gray, Ga with her husband of 33 years.
Starting in this industry in the mid 90s, Tammy opened her first staffing agency, First Choice Staffing Solutions, in 1999.
With over 25 years of combined experience, Tammy is eager to lead Ally Healthcare with transparency, integrity, and honesty.
Tammy is grounded in that family comes first and your word is your most valuable possession.

Vic Rowan

If you’ve been in the Georgia healthcare staffing industry within the last 25 years, you know the name Vic Rowan. Appearing in the industry in 1999 as Co-Founder and CEO of First Choice Staffing Solutions, Vic helped lead his company to great success until 2012 when First Choice was acquired by a national healthcare staffing agency. After acquisition, Vic went on to serve as Vice President of the Southeastern Division for said nationally accredited agency until 2020.
Today, Vic is not only a mentor and expert in our industry, but he prides himself on being an advocate for all healthcare professionals, a family man, and my husband of 35 years. On the weekends you will find him finessing his woodworking skills or with one of our 4 grandchildren.
Amanda Powell

Ben Riezinger
VP Client Services
Born and raised locally in Gray, GA Ben is married to his wife Angela for 12 years. They have two beautiful daughters Paisley,6 and Blakely,3 who are his pride and joy. Ben attended Georgia Military College until he received his Associates Degree in 2011, he went on to continue his education at Middle Georgia State University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration in 2015. Starting his healthcare staffing career off as a recruiter in 2016, Ben quickly developed a passion for the industry. Thriving off quality relationships, honesty, and transparency Ben was then promoted to Account Manager in 2018. From there he continued to grow his book of business to obtain his second promotion in 2019 to Senior Account Manager. Ben currently operates as Ally’s Vice President of Client Services. He enjoys the challenge of meeting our clients’ needs while providing excellent service.
Billy Riezinger

Brn and raised locally in Gray Georgia, Billy has 11 siblings, with one being our very own Ben Riezinger! Billy is an alumni of Jones County High School, has obtained his Cardiovascular Sonographer Certification, and has earned an Associate of Health Sciences degree.
Married to his high school sweetheart Haleigh, who is an ER travel nurse, Billy brings an inside level of understanding that is refreshing to our healthcare professionals. Billy and his wife have one fur baby Barksly, who is their pride and joy 🐾
As Ally Healthcare’s new Workforce Management Director, Billy will bring efficient, qualitative protocols for timekeeping and compliance metrics. Along with his knowledge of healthcare, Billy’s personal values align with solidifying Ally’s family goal oriented core beliefs.
